I am coming from upstate New York traveling by bus or train from the City eventually across to Providence. Anyone else from the area, or planning to leave from the giant transit hub of NYC?

I'm coming from France, but I'm planning to spend few days in New York just after the Convention.

I'll be traveling with the wife and baby from Long Island. So we'll be sidestepping NYC proper early on Friday morning. Let me know if there are any New Yorkers in attendance as we're eager to meet more locals!
